The 6-step flow

You'll move through six short steps. Nothing is charged until you reach the funding step, and no funds move without your explicit confirmation.

  • 1. Identity — enter your registered Q-GEN email. A verification code is sent to that inbox.
  • 2. Verification — enter the 6-digit code from the email.
  • 3. Entity — confirm the business details Q-GEN holds on file.
  • 4. Track — pick the settlement track registered to your business (only the registered track will activate).
  • 5. Wallet — a Web3 wallet is generated locally in your browser. You receive a 12-word recovery phrase — the only way to restore the wallet.
  • 6. Funding — send the required USDT (ERC20) amount to your generated wallet address. Funds sit on your device until the test cycle begins.

Important

  • Q-GEN never has custody of your wallet or your recovery phrase.
  • Processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Your linked business account must match the registered entity name for settlement routing to work.
Step 01 · Identity

Begin with your registered email.

Enter the email associated with your Q-GEN E-POS account. A one-time code will be emailed to that address — the code is not shown on this screen for security.

Test environment. Only registered Q-GEN accounts resolve. Check your spam folder if the code does not arrive within 60 seconds.

Enter the six-digit code.

Check your inbox — a code was dispatched. It expires in 10 minutes.

Confirm your entity.

Only the track registered to your business can be selected. Picking a track that isn't yours will return an error. i

Generated locally in your browser. Compatible with Trust Wallet, MetaMask, and any BIP-39 compliant application. i

Your recovery phrase is shown once. Store it offline before proceeding. Going back after generation will discard the wallet.

Fund your local wallet.

Send the total to the address below. Funds remain on your device until the test cycle initiates.

Import your wallet.

Add the wallet to Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or any BIP-39 compatible app. Your balance will show $0.00 until funded.

Have your 12-word recovery phrase ready. If you've already closed the phrase view, you cannot retrieve it — the wallet is gone and you'll need to generate a new one.

Trust Wallet

  1. Open Trust Wallet and tap the wallet icon at the top.
  2. Tap Add Wallet → Import existing wallet.
  3. Choose the Ethereum blockchain (or Multi-Coin).
  4. Select Recovery Phrase and enter your 12 words in order — or tap the QR icon to scan the mnemonic QR from the wallet screen.
  5. Confirm and name the wallet.

MetaMask

  1. Open MetaMask and tap your account avatar.
  2. Select Import Account → Import with Secret Recovery Phrase.
  3. Enter the 12 words separated by single spaces.
  4. Tap Import — the wallet appears in your account list.

After import

Discard wallet?

Going back will discard the wallet you just generated. If you have not saved your recovery phrase, you will not be able to recover this wallet or any funds sent to it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide during provisioning: your registered email address, entity name, and E-POS account number.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely to verify your identity against the Q-GEN registry, route test settlements, and maintain compliance records.

3. Wallet Generation

Your recovery phrase and private key are generated on your device using industry-standard BIP-39 and secp256k1 cryptography.

4. Retention

Verification records are retained for the duration of the test programme and for a period thereafter as required by applicable obligations.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Q-GEN support desk.

7. Security

Sessions are encrypted end-to-end. Administrative access is restricted and audited.

The Q-GEN test path is a controlled provisioning environment. It is not a financial product or promise of return.

2. Self-Custody

You are solely responsible for the security of your recovery phrase and private key.

3. Test Capital

Funds you deposit to your generated wallet remain under your control on your device until the test cycle is initiated.

4. Processing Fees

Processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Network

All deposits must be made in USDT on the ERC20 network. Sending on any other network will result in loss of funds.

6. Business Account

You warrant the linked business account is valid and matches the registered entity name.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the test path for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any prohibited activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Q-GEN is not liable for losses arising from lost recovery phrases, incorrect addresses, or third-party failures.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Q-GEN Vault is registered.
